Pre merger - Work independently with office or remote option - variety and diversified business base - NRC - all aspects of account management of ar. Success and productivity was measured in dollars collected decrease on dso

Cons

While before merger - management realized to job was too much for just one person - emphasis on top accounts and oldest - and after merger changed roles - strict monitoring of clocking in and out , in that sticking to a strict work schedule - the metrics used to measure productivity was in the time between note entries, not taking into effect like sifting through sometimes 50 or more emails, that may not result in an sction documentable. All the different platforms - processes rather than centralized location for account maintenace. Inability to deal with foreign account transactions.
