      Pros

      Lots of new technology rolling out. It is changing the way you look at trash. Very focused on Frontline employees. Rescission proof since everyone needs trash service.

      Cons

      Leadership makes horrible decisions. Very much old white man club. Trying to diversify but feels forced and just for show.

      Sometimes a very efficient and friendly place to work. Working at the division level people work closely together. Doesn’t stink.

      Cons

      Stretched pretty thin following the pandemic. In looking to be efficient and maximizing productivity there is too much reliance on one individual to wear many hats.

      The benefits at republic services are pretty good for the most part. The pay is good to start.

      Cons

      Management is back and forth with decision making. One in particular will tell you one thing to tickle your eyes and turn around to do the opposite.
