Its a job. Nothing more positive.

Cons

Angry customer because we seem to not be able to help someone correctly, and god forbid you are on the phone more than 1.5 mins so you can ACTUALLY try and help,you get written up. Just lie to customers to get them off the phone. Horrible!! Just write an NTO 🤣 THAT'LL WORK!! GTFOH

Cons

Poor management and everything is the drivers fault. Poor quality of equipment. If you get hurt expect possible write up. And or accused of lying and not getting paid worker’s compensation for serious injuries

Pros

Good pay, paid time off, company benefits, nice co-workers, paid training, simple call center work, decent work location.

Cons

Management is unresponsive and hard to reach, metrics being met is more important than resolving the issue, miscommunications between departments happens daily, a lot of negativity from most inbound calls.
