      Pros

      Work/Life balance you get M-F schedule and holidays off. You don't have a manager over your shoulder constantly. There's a lot of autonomy within the role. Growth within company is a plus.

      Cons

      Cooped up in an office by yourself constantly. You'll spend most of your time listening to customers complain and verbally abuse you about how inconsistent the service is. You get paid on retention of accounts and new business. The retention quotas are ridiculously unattainable so don't rely on the commission check.

      Pros

      The hours are good and they have shift realignments every 6 months or so that can change based on your preferences.

      Cons

      They treat employees as statistics and numbers, rather than actual people. Make sure to stick to your schedule exactly or you will get in trouble/written up. Can't even go to the bathroom at an unscheduled time without getting dinged.

      Pros

      They’re desperate for employees so you will most likely get hired. Good for millennials who need a paycheck but don’t care about the amount they get.

      Cons

      One time it was great. Now it’s zero communication and secret information kept between top management and supervisors only make it a horrible place. No holiday pay, but will work holidays unless you vto. They are about to change again and good luck finding a straight answer for what to expect. Front line Managers in different departments are quitting left and right and telling their employees to do the same due to whatever is coming down the line. Scary if you have a real grown up life and bills to pay.
