      It is an ever-changing industry, so you get to be a part of new innovations and solutions Great Benefits Great People Wonderful place to start your career with plenty of room to grow if you work hard

      Not a great work/life balance in the sales environment Big company-so a lot of organizational changes often

      Good place for job security

      Cons

      Very shady place. Treats employees poorly and management is always treated very good. Bad communications between management and employees. Hard to have a family life. To many hours to get the pay you want. Insurance and benefits get worse year after year. Management will act fake when hirer up management come to look at facilities and when they leave, employees will be treated like dogs again.

      The cons are only what you make of yourself. Republic Services is continually changing with the times and looking out for the safety of all. If you are someone that can embrace a fast paced, ever changing atmosphere and are the best of the best, you will be among the greatest of people ever.
