Pros

Most of my department peers are honest, dependable people that wanted to make a positive difference. I made some good friendships and would be honored to work with some again.

Cons

The overall experience was unlike any I have had. I would like to say it was not that bad but this is the worst company I have ever worked for. I have never worked in such a degrading, cancerous, dysfunctional environment. I never felt that the company cares about the customers who pay for the services provided. Reading through each previous review, I can say based on my experience with this company that most of the positive reviews appear to be written by the company and do not seem valid. I worked for the company for almost three years and I believe that most employees on the front line cared about what they gave each day but even among those who consistently focused on the positive, did I ever hear say how great it was to work there or talk up the management team and anyone that believes it is a great environment, is lucky enough to work in a bubble.

Pros

Reputation.com afforded me some great opportunities to learn and grow. It's an interesting business and really is trying to keep at the forefront of a "brave new world." Doesn't shy away from new challenges or new technologies.

Cons

Project deadlines dictated to engineering without first consulting them, for no business reason. Upper management tends to get too far into the trenches.

They have no loyalty to long term employees

Pros

Benefits given immediately after being hired, paid lunches, Caltrain pass

Cons

No review process, no matter how long you have worked there and how many sacrifices you have made for the company, they will use you til they feel they no longer need you, than you get "laid off". The CEO always raves how this will be a US based company and you will never be dealing with someone outside of the US, but now they are outsourcing a lot of the work. You have to tell the customers so many lies that you start believing your lies so much you don't even know what is the truth and what is not anymore when it comes to the products and what they can and can't do.
