Pros

I worked at reputation.com for 3 years and had a very good overall experience. It's an exciting place to work for a number of reasons starting with the fact that it's a truly innovative company, being the first (and really the only) player in a quickly growing space. If you want to work hard, be creative, and take on new challenges, it can be a very satisfying place to work. Most people make a point to be very approachable, starting with the CEO. Other perks include a cool new office, company sponsored basketball league, lunch/dinner/snacks, Caltrain passes, etc.

Cons

As is the case at most startups, there are times when it gets very busy/hectic. You have to be flexible and be ready for lots of changes and moving parts.

Pros

Been working here almost a year, here are my thoughts: Stress: This may be because I work on a pretty self-contained team, but stress levels are incredibly low at Rep.com. Sure, some days get pretty hectic/crunchtime happens now and again, but never anything that would get people on edge or anything. HR: Man oh man the HR is awesome. Free lunches, tons of snacks, personal trainer that has bootcamp sessions 3 times a week, free Caltrain passes, etc. It's good stuff. And the best part is how responsive they are. Ex: We kept running out of the mixed nuts. I walk over, ask them if we can double the amounts of mixed nuts--by next week it was done. Same with any other snack--if something wasn't cutting it, just voice your opinion and they'll work to fix it. Office: Beautiful office--bright colors everywhere. Designed by the folks who worked on Twitter's HQ. Love coming to work here. Also, in-office showers are the best. CEO: The CEO is hilarious. And awesome. I don't feel like he's some looming presence who I never get to interact with. He frequently checks-in with people and is very, very approachable. Learning: When I wanted to learn more about Marketing, I walked over to a senior level employee and asked him if I could pick his brain for an hour sometime that week. Did the same thing to a Product Manager. (I don't work in either of those areas.) People are really willing to share knowledge here, which is a comforting feeling for somebody who is in their first job out of college.

Cons

Beer. We used to have free beer. Not anymore. It makes me really, really sad.
