Pros

Free lunch and dinner, comprehensive health/dental insurance, mobility within the company (if you teach yourself code--well, if you teach yourself code well--you can move from a sales position to an position as an engineer), free Caltrain pass, relaxed atmosphere, generous commission plans, free parking passes, personal trainer-led boot camps on the roof three days a week, receptive HR department and responsive management.

Cons

It's in Redwood City. Not a deal breaker at all, there's a lot of other dot coms and tech companies in the area, but a little far out from the city.

Pros

Company is dominating in multiple customer sectors, multiple verticals, and it gets easier and easier to sell more different products to the existing and very fast-growing customer base. Extremely good team, extremely positive attitude. Amazing culture. If you've been around the company for a while, you can see that a lot of the growing pains from 2011 are well in the rear view mirror. There were some difficulties back then, without a doubt. But the team weathered the storm and made some hard changes, and the past 18 or 24 months have been strength to strength.

Cons

Consumer product needs more work. Improvements are coming, but a bunch of things that the team has known it needs to fix for a while to make the experience better. It's overdue. Engineering has no top level leader for a while. They need to get a CTO or a VP of Engineering. Feels resource constrained trying to do so many different customer segments at once.

Pros

Fun atmosphere at times. Good people. Offer a lot of perks like free lunches and stocked kitchen. They mean well overall and actually want to help their clients most of the time.

Cons

Since they're in the Bay Area they want so bad to be like Google or Facebook. Fun, hip, inventive, etc.. Unfortunately, the company and the products don't live up to their own expectations. Employees are pushed too hard as management passes the buck of "great" ideas down to the lower harder working individuals. Promotions are given to the employees that kiss up or play the game. The sales team are both treated like gold and slaughtered like sheep when they don't perform up to their expectations. Sales people are like car salesman and do anything to give the money from the client. There's always meetings on top of meetings between departments and team members yet actual progress and change is slow. There are rarely any performance reviews so any pay increase is out of the question.
