      Very good atmosphere and culture if you like to play hard

      Pros

      There is a lot of head room at the company for people who step up. The team has lots of energy and a great attitude. Company is tackling hard problems with a lot of ambition. Business is good.

      Cons

      Not necessarily the most structured place in terms of what you are supposed to do day to day.

      Playing defense at Reputation.com all day long because product doesn't work.

      nice office and friendly work environment

      Cons

      The privacy product at Reputation.com simply does not work. The company has been focusing more on controlling online search results, however its methodologies do not deliver results. Therefore most days are spent playing defense.

      Pros

      - This is a really fun place to work. Lots of great perks like company provided lunches, boot camp, pool table, Caltrain passes, tickets to Giants games, etc. - My direct manager is great, very supportive and I really feel like she has my best interests in mind. - There are lots of interesting projects and opportunities that you can find in the company.

      Cons

      At times there doesn't seem to be clear direction from the senior management. There seems to be more than one vision for the company.
