Pros

The people I work with are really friendly and we have a laugh, when were in the office or on nights out, having a fully stocked kitchen and a pool table to use is always great. The training and help that I have received has really assisted me in my work, I can't imagine a better work environment.

It makes a refreshing change to work alongside people who have the desire, capability, and most importantly the courage to achieve all that is possible in a market place that offers endless opportunities and rewarding challenges. Great culture, great people, great company!

Cons

It's hard to find any negatives. Growing pains are to be expected for a company on such an upward trajectory, it's how they are overcome that matters.

The company offers a dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment with a great team, which rewards those who excel in their current roles and have ambition to grow within the organization. Those who seek a workplace with opportunity for professional development will fit right in as the business continues to grow. While company culture was once an issue before, it has definitely improved over the past few years and is now an asset for the organization. Perks such as free lunches/dinners, snacks, and train pass are also nice bonuses.

Cons

Work-life balance and stress can be problems if not properly managed by the individual. There’s always work to be done and the pace is fast, which can be uncomfortable for those who previously worked in large companies.
