Dear former ResQer, We appreciate this message and are delighted that you think the people are good! I agree! It is always good to receive feedback on our processes. You are 100% correct. As part of new team member onboarding, we ask folks to leave an ‘interview’ review on Glassdoor. We have the same ask for all folks that make it to the final stages of interviews. We do this to ensure we are collecting timely interview feedback to help us build better processes for future candidates. Since Glassdoor is a place for optional and anonymous feedback, we believe it is a useful practice for both us and prospective candidates.
