Pros
There were very few pros. The environment was toxic. Especially during Covid.
Cons
Communication was poor, employee morale and turnover were poor. I had a very difficult time communicating as the majority of employees are Spanish speaking and openly make fun of whites; I know very little Spanish but do know what joto and maricon mean. They’re homophobic slurs.
