Pros
The company truly cares about its employees. Most collections agencies get a bad rap in this area, but HWI goes above and beyond. We have employee only functions, employee plus family functions, we volunteer in the community to give back.... we try to include everyone. The compensation packages are very comparable to others in the industry, and in most instances better.
Cons
For line employees, the normal challenges of being required to be on the phone all day definitely exist.
