      They try but fail

      Pros

      They try and have some good people. Problem is they also have non-tech leaders trying to lead tech. So the running joke is hire more case managers for tech short falls and not hire more developers to actually fix the problems. Then they need to reduce salary and lay off developers.

      Wrong direction: Fix your tech and you will save significant amount of money later
