Pros

Interesting mission, rapid expansion means there are lots of opportunities for growth - theoretically.

Cons

Resilience somehow managed to make the toxic work environment at acquired Ology Bioservices even more toxic. Company is banking on making their mission and business model the driver for recruiting and retaining employees. OK, but you have to pay them, too. HR is out of control and doing real damage to the company’s progress by fostering a hostile culture of people blaming.

I was very excited to take this job and work for a company that is clearly going to make major changes in the manufacturing of man drugs. Most of the employees are wonderful. During this pandemic I was very thankful to land a job.

Cons

Management should work on treating their employees better. No one should ever be sworn at.
