Most of the people I worked with were great, pay was nice, hours were not too long

Cons

Management, no direction, HR does not listen to your input

ResMan is all about supporting its people, be it, clients or employees. Our leadership takes the extra time to get to know each client and team member on a personal level.

Cons

If this is negative, ResMan is growing at a super-fast rate. Which can make it challenging to get our newer team members ready to support our awesome client base.
