Pros

ResMan is one of the best growing companies to work for. The executives know who you are, and not just a number. I have worked here for almost 4 years and have loved every minute of it. The executive team is very transparent, and we all know exactly where the company is going, how we a growing and any challenges that we might be facing. I haven't looked forward to coming to work for a long time. Best Company Ever.

Pros

ResMan is on a great path to growth. They have hired an experienced and wonderful executive team who have all bought into the vision and mission of the organization. This is a competitive industry but ResMan’s focus has always been and always will be on the customer. The company was created by Property Management professionals who actually lived the day to day of our customers which certainly shows in the product. I wouldn’t have left except I had a random opportunity come my way. I loved being at ResMan and still talk to people there on a weekly basis, which I think says a lot about the type of people there. The culture is like a big family and everyone works together to accomplish strategic goals. Even though there are employees spread out across the country we all get dial in on Fridays for lunch to talk about what’s going on, get department updates and give kudos to those who went above and beyond that week. It’s a fun way to stay ‘in the know’. And hey, free lunch every Friday doesn’t hurt!

Cons

There’s not much I am think to put here. Any concerns I had were cleared up once they started expanding the executive team and brought in experts to lead each department. The benefits weren’t the greatest, but I’m hoping as they continue to grow that’ll be a top priority.
