Stretch employees in development too thin which causes a stressful environment for all employees.

Most of the people I worked with were great, pay was nice, hours were not too long

Cons

Management, no direction, HR does not listen to your input

Great experience for the industry, really nice people and transparent.

Cons

Compensation is not industry standard, very high turn over rate.
