Ok benefits, great schedule, etc.

Cons

Be prepared to have zero support from current leadership (specifically sales and marketing). Most or all do not come from the multifamily industry and have no understanding and / or idea how to navigate leaving sales no mentoring, coaching, or any sales support. This has negatively impacted their business decisions and ultimately their growth. These tough decisions have also negatively impacted staff. Do your homework and ask leadership tough questions, multifamily specific questions.

Pros

Company culture within ResMan is amazing. I love how well everyone works together and how much the company gives back to the local community in the greater Dallas area. The customers LOVE the product which makes marketing the product a lot of fun. For the most part, people are respectful and nice.

Cons

ResMan is not for everyone. There has been a lot of pressure recently to roll out lots of new products and hit targets so tension between departments can be high.
