Pros
Having worked at a couple great San Diego companies over the years, including Rady Children's Hospital and SAIC (Leidos), as good as they were ResMed is the best.
ResMed has assembled a team both in San Diego and globally, of some of the best and brighest, people who I both enjoy working with and who challenge me to do my job even better, every day. In addition to the people the products that we develop and services that we provide are leading edge, all designed to "Change Lives with Every Breath." It feels great to come to work every day and work in an incredible environment, surrounded by beautiful artwork, work with great people and contribute to a mission of saving people's lives.
Cons
While my commute to ResMed was far better than to SAIC when I started almost 5 years ago, the commute / traffic has gotten worse. That said the parking garage is great, especially on rainy days!
