-Near monopoly status so always hits target and everything looks rosy to global leadership - the employee satisfaction survey outcomes never seem to reflect the conversations and feelings expressed within the teams -weak local leadership -slow/no communication massively impacts ability to plan effectively -poor communication is both internal and external -the vision is great but implementation is poor -those who need to know frequently the last to know -no accountability for poor performance -limited opportunities for promotion outside of the marketing team -poor post market surveillance -visible incompetence in some senior posts -deep continued unhappiness in commercial team following railroaded territory changes
