      Pros

      Good benefits, competitive pay, strong leaders, all while working to help patients all over the world. Employees can also change roles/depts fairly easy if you want experience doing something else.

      Cons

      PTO is a little light when you first start and requires you stay with the company for a while before it’s better. 15 days in year 1, 20 days in year 2, etc.
