      Pros

      I have worked at a handful of companies in my career but never one that had the density of great and brilliant people that ResMed has. I have yet to met a team member who was any less than A+...both as a professional and a person. It's amazing!

      Resmed has great people and teams that are passionate about what they do. Great flexibility for workers as well.

      Cons

      There can be a lot of inefficiencies and bureaucracy at times. Constant restructuring makes it hard for teams to know the focus
