      Pros

      Not a bad place to work at all. Management goes over and beyond to please the employees. Often to much especially the ones that do not please their weight. Long hours but a rotation is usually done a couple times a week so everyone gets an early out for the most part.

      Cons

      Pay is rather low for the amount of work being done.

      Pros

      - great work/life balance, always felt the company & my team protected our non-working hours - some teams have great growth opportunities, lots of new projects & responsibilities to grow from - most people feel like friends, more than just colleagues (most teams hang out together outside of work, dinner & drinks regularly after work, sometimes even travel together)

      Cons

      - sharp divide between primarily white expat management and other local colleagues - most teams do not have good growth opportunities internally

      Lots of new products on the pipeline, diverse teams, big plans for the future

      Cons

      Mid management are not up to it. They spend a lot of their time protecting bonuses. Lack of decision's leads to massive churn. Voicing your concerns will lead to your career being limited unfortunately. Strategy is constantly changing.
