      Pros

      - good work-life, flexible work arrangements - top-down corporate culture is conducive i.e. no politics, high integrity - courageous but noble company vision - smart and decently motivated colleagues

      Cons

      - low graduate salary (you get what you pay for, if you want to hire the brightest talents, you got to pay a lot more i.e. Google) - lack entrepreneurship i.e. Venturethon is not impressive compared to university startups today - little employee incentives compared to other top companies - work productivity can be improved i.e. make meetings optional (elon musk)

      Relatively flat organizational structure. Small close knit working teams/groups. Consultative management style.

      Cons

      Highly regulated, compliance to various regulations and standards required due to nature of products.

      Pros

      Good empowerment and collaboration. Given the autonomy to succeed and the support to experiment and try new things.

      Cons

      A lot of information and knowledge is tacit and not documented. More structure could help accelerate new joiners time to autonomy.
