Thank you for your feedback and thank you for your positive comment in relation to our future as a company, our mission, and our many thousands of committed and talented people around the world. As an alumnus of ResMed, you will know we are incredibly committed to changing millions of patients’ lives with innovative products, services and solutions. To your comments about our human resources and our people management teams, I’d like to respond with this: we truly care about our people and take pride in the diversity and level of talent we have within our organization, when we hire folks, when they are developing in our teams, and as they move on to new endeavors. Our human resources business partners work incredibly hard to ensure our future remains great and that we understand our biggest differentiator is our culture, and the amazing talent of 6,000 people. We are evolving at ResMed as the world’s leading tech-driven medical device company and with that comes change, however there are two constants that will always remain at the center of our culture: respect for our people, and the desire and need for all our folks to provide direct, open and honest feedback. This is the true ResMed culture, which I will continue to drive daily (and I know that clearly we are not perfect, but no one on this planet is!) - without our culture, we would not be where we are today, or have the ability to get to where we are going - leading the field of out-of-hospital healthcare.
