      Not a bad company but could be much much better

      Pros

      - Great product that genuinely helps the lives of others - Great people to work with - Excellent parties - Great campus and excellent facilities

      Cons

      - Lack of communication between departments is a nightmare - Lack of communication from management to employees - No open and honest communication - Not the best training - Starting to focus more on profitability and money rather than patient care - When it's busy, you have no time to do anything but work

      Pros

      Great work environment with a really strong teaming culture. Lots of very smart & innovative engineers and designers.

      Cons

      Site is not easy to get to via public transport. Some systems are quite complex and could be simplified to make it easier for employees to navigate.

      Campus, Facilities, secure car parking, pool

      Cons

      After working with them for over 3 years the work load was ridiculous people send emails during non work hours and they are the managers in Sydney not to mention the emails from the rest of the globe. Every morning you walk into over 30 emails before your day has started. No matter how fast or hard you work the managers are never happy are rude and mostly only care about their own agenda. My manager was rare they did there best support the team but it was a struggle for them. The company products are amazing shame about the culture I feel left with a bad taste in my mouth and exhausted.
