      Great Benefits and beautiful facility

      Good ole boys network, lack of HR policies allow managers to do what they want and there is no recourse for employees, its who you know

      Pros

      Was once a great company to work for that provided great work life balance, incentivized TM's to overachieve goals, grow business, etc. Great benefits and clear vision of company goals.

      Cons

      Now being run by a guy who stated on PC trip that TM's are "grossly overpaid" and the hemorrhaging of top performing reps being forced out is very telling as is the type of employees they are backfilling with. In most cases they are dissolving territories.

      Very competitive industry with a lot of room for growth

      Cons

      A lot of tenure employees are stuck in their old ways not able to keep an open mind and think outside of the box. Pay does not compensate for all the different tasks assigned which is not disclosed at the time of hiring. Employees who have been there for a long time attests that the CEO does not interact with employees if so... it was very rare.

      Thanks for your feedback on the growth here at ResMed - the future is exciting! Thanks also for your feedback that we need to "think outside the box" more and that I need to spend more time with the team. With our last few years reinventing the company with healthcare informatics and software businesses, I think we're on a good track - let me know how we can do it even better! I do hit the café for lunch every day I'm not on the road, I will keep doing that and also do more engagement by walking around. Thanks for the valuable feedback. Lean in and help us make it better!
