Pros
Good benefits, collaborative management and colleagues, international exposure, medium to flat hierarchy, location, recognition plans - in general one of the better companies I have worked for in the past decade
Cons
Not much to say here but a few peeves, though minor, would be movement in the top management leading to changing strategies more often than expected or preferred though it was always communicated to all staff
