      Pros

      The company is very focused on their employees. They will go to great lengths to ensure employees are happy and well taken care of. The Benefits are amazing and many companies do not offer such good benefits for health care, dental, employee stock purchase plant, etc. Work life balance is good and you are not pressured to work through your weekends. The company is still very entrepreneurial which I greatly appreciate.

      Cons

      We are a global company yet still regionally focused. This can introduce difficulties as we start working in a more global fashion. We have also grown a great deal which means policies and procedures may not be in place or always made a priority.

      Pros

      Building and atmosphere is very nice. The compensation is competitive in comparison to other companies in San Diego. Management is dedicated to providing an environment that is fun and collaborative, team-oriented. Everyone is respectful of listening to each other's opinions and thoughts. There is no micromanagement from the upper management and executives so it shows they trust their employees to do their job.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast so you will need to be able to quickly adapt.

      Pros

      ResMed is fantastic place to work. Lots of enthusiastic employees who are always willing to help each other out. Everyone works hard but also takes time to have fun. I love that leadership asks for feedback and takes that feedback serious. They provide regular updates on how they are addressing any issues or concerns raised in the feedback.

      Cons

      The rapid growth ResMed is experiencing is great, but it may be causing some growing pains in regards to coordination, communication and collaboration across the various locations. The good news though is that the company recognizes this and is working hard to find the appropriate solutions.
