      Pros

      Fast growing company and entrepreneurial work environment where each individual person can make an impact. People are open to sharing ideas and willing to help one another. Beautiful campus with gym onsite and interesting artwork. Company cares about its people.

      Cons

      Challenges stem from company transitioning from a small to larger company.

      Pros

      No one is too busy to help you learn something. Very challenging work. (I view that as a pro) Very nice people. Company is expanding and doing extremely well. Snacks and gym are awesome too.

      Cons

      For those unmotivated to learn and pick things up quickly, it may be hard to keep up.
