      Great market that has much room to grow. Good people, even management, to work with. Great sites that are easy to work. Strong learning culture. High levels of pride among the employees. Good recognition for achievements.

      Cons

      Recent rise to lead the sleep therapy market has put pressure on them has created a pressure to grow at a pace that isn't possible. Consequently, pressure is increasing for all teams to get more done without more resources.

      Nice office and facilities. It is a company that creates something to help patients.

      Cons

      Extreme nepotism and bullying. Top management has changed a very caring company culture to a bullying culture. Complain about bullying and you will be shown the door.
