      Pros

      Good company to work for but business is not doing as well as it was. The department I worked in was very small and we were overworked.

      Cons

      Limited training but all and all, a good place to work, however, definitely a political environment.

      Pros

      Ease of gaining exposure in different areas. Able to transition cross-functionally even without being limited by lack of relevant qualifications or experience. Good work-life balance as there is relatively little overtime.

      Cons

      Lack of accountability and ownership by task owners. Wrong people approached and assigned responsibilities that are not typically associated with similar roles in other companies. Company lacks a clear stand on whether it wants to drive a centralised (corporate) or decentralised model. This results in misaligned and sometimes contradictory practices and messages in its processes and policies.
