      Pros

      There are lots of employees who are passionate about the work they do here at ResMed. It contributes to the overall positive atmosphere. ResMed understands that evolving with the changes in technology is core to its success. They want to ensure that each of their employees have what they need to succeed. A Work/Life balance is important to the company. Good benefits

      Cons

      Some changes happen slower than anticipated ResMed has offices all around the world which can introduce coordination difficulties. There are some resourcing bottlenecks that can be frustrating.

      Pros

      The comradery at ResMed among my peers during my time there was very strong. You really feel like your team has your back, and the managers facilitate and encourage this behavior. Producing high-quality code is a top priority, not just an idea which is paid lip-service to. Work life balance is actively encouraged.

      Cons

      Some of the technology choices are out-dated, but not awful. As with any established software project, change and new comes a bit more slowly. But the other technologists are not unreasonable.
