Lots of nice people Free coffee Totally stress free environment No micromanagement You could easily work a second job as deadlines are easy to meet.
Cons
Unfortunately, management is totally out of touch with us engineers. They have this feedback yet the VP moved hundreds of km north. If you are driven, you won't be challenged. Nobody is held accountable and although my managers are lovely, if you miss a deadline nobody minds as we will refactor. The quality engineers have been poached into other organisations. We are slower now we have joined with the RC team, but management hasn't noticed this fact and continues to hire more people
