Pros

There are Zero pros to working here. Believe the negative reviews, working here is hell.

Cons

Resodyn is one of the worst companies you can ever work for. This company is basically a dead-end; there are zero benefits to working here, but a billion problems. Work-life balance for employee is a mess due to heavy workloads, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of breaks. You'll see no growth here due to management neglecting to provide any support or guidance, and lack of room for advancement. They pay here is pretty much joke, with salaries, on average, being a lot lower compared to what other companies are offering. Besides all that, the management is a huge headache to deal with as well. Most of the managers here are hostile, demanding, and abusive. Seriously, if you're still looking for a company to work for, don't even consider Resodyn

Pros

This company doesn't have pros.

Cons

Resodyn has leaders who are very disorganized. They are too inefficient and incompetent that they're unable to provide sufficient support and guidance to employees. We're neglected because the leaders don't know what they're doing most of the time. This company is chaotic because of this terrible leadership.

Pros

Having access to advanced tools and materials was the only highlight. The innovation potential was real, but it was constantly buried under poor direction and inconsistency.

Cons

- The company was filled with smart, capable engineers, yet the lack of focus ruined every opportunity for real progress. - Priorities flipped overnight, leaving teams confused and frustrated as projects vanished halfway through. - Engineers were forced to guess what mattered most, often working on assignments that lacked clear goals or purpose. - Communication was a mess, with rumors spreading faster than actual instructions. - Progress depended entirely on guesswork instead of planning or leadership. - It was painful to watch cutting-edge ideas fade into nothing simply because no one could stick to a plan long enough to se results.
