      Pros

      RTS is a great place to work, you feel important and your voice has value. RTS provides an environment where you can learn new technologies and allows you to grow within the company. The leadership and overall team at RTS comes with a wealth of knowledge across different industries and in turn has allowed for us to make positive changes in different areas of our delivery.

      Pros

      HR hierarchy is pretty flat and easy to speak to. Remote work is available for most people. All software for business is new/buggy/non-existent. New hr tool, no ticket management to manage all your work. Instead you have to go into various customer programs for visibility.

      Cons

      They are terrible about forecasting growth or they just don’t care about the repercussions. Either you are in a team that is woefully under staffed and you have to work all the time to cover the work required to complete…… or you are part of some hires that are just waiting for new customers. When sales do not win a few new customers they lay off most of the new hires. Also, when they lose contracts they already had, those overworked people don’t get support, just MORE layoffs. You can try to say it is the market fluctuations but it is poor forecasting, poor management and NO regard for their people.
