Pros

Good work / life balance Co-workers are really nice

Cons

Unfortunately, when consulting, you can be put into situations where you're integrated with a client's team and you're never really treated as one of the crew; Which can be alienating.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the work-life balance and supportive coworkers during your time at Resource Data. We understand your perspective about the consulting environment and how being integrated into a client team can sometimes feel isolating. That’s something we’re mindful of and continue to work on improving. Even when our consultants are embedded with clients, we want everyone to feel connected and part of the Resource Data community. We support that through our virtual Water Cooler Teams channel, Communities of Practice, company-wide Roundtables and All-Hands meetings, and our Re:Source newsletter that shares updates and stories from across the company. We also make opportunities for in-person connection in our branches, whether that’s through shared lunches, team gatherings, or local events. We appreciate your feedback and remain focused on keeping Resource Data a place where our people feel connected and supported.

Pros

Coworkers are great. Benefits are solid, if expensive. Laid back management, generally. Retained if contract expires.

Cons

Salary is low. Anchorage struggles with retention because Alaska is cold.
