Thank you for the review and feedback. In response to your comment about most employees working remotely as contractors, we do recognize the pros and cons of our hybrid working environment. As you mentioned, the positive perspective shines through in our culture of valuing work/life balance. Working remote gives many the benefits of more flexibility, autonomy, and productivity. We also understand that it presents fewer opportunities for casual interaction between coworkers. However, there is a physical office in Anchorage for employees to go to, if they choose to do so. Additionally, one of our goals this year is to identify additional options to improve employee connectivity across the company, which we are continuously working on through the Company Newsletter, Roundtables, Teams Channels, and more.
