      Pros

      At RES you are not just a number, you are a person, and RES cares about the people who work here. RES is trying to be the best offering good benefits, trying to improve and add benefits when possible, and continuously striving for improvement.

      Cons

      Because RES is still "growing" there are a lot of internal systems with issues that are being worked on, there are failed attempts and regroups, and sometimes a feeling that people have gotten put in positions they aren't skilled to be in. All of this is stuff RES is actively working on, but this takes time to work through.

      Team work makes the dream work

      Pros

      RES has the most comprehensive approach to ecosystem restoration of any organization (for-profit, non-profit, governmental) in the US/World. It is the only organization of its size (1,000+ employees) with such a singular focus on doing this type of work and doing it as a fully integrated team. Working alongside the same team members from project to project is the best way to build our collective knowledge in this space and RES is the leader in this approach.

      Cons

      RES is a large organization and the way it operationally approaches its mission can be subject to change. However, frequent operational changes should be expected at a company that is creating a scale and approach to ecosystem restoration that didn't previously exist.
