-coworkers are Like minded individuals -working outside

Cons

-pay is not worth the overtime -Long hours leads to burnout which leads to under staffing which leads to more work -benefits are average for the amount of work -Managers love to micromanage and push you to work 12 hours -Upper management reels all the benefit and takes multiple vacations

First, the metadata on Glassdoor is wrong. Company is now over 1,000 nationwide. CEO info way obsolete. RES is primarily an environmental mitigation company, meaning we restore wetlands, streams and endangered species habitats primarily to mitigate the loss of these somewhere else in the same region due to development. Nothing but great people. Benefits are competitive but not great.

Cons

I believe the biggest complaint is that pay raises don't keep up with cost of living.
