      Pros

      Man over the company is great and listens to everyone. The new production manager seems to be a fair man. Seen some people change to better and started acting like they want to be here.

      Cons

      One manager is on a power trip. Been told he used to own the place. Guess this is a reason why he used to.

      While many commercial printers are experiencing declining sales, this company is rapidly growing in its specialty, labels. Strong leadership, good people, and large investments in the latest print technology is working well for the company.
