Cons
The best way to make your work more interesting is by changing up the routine. For example, if you're constantly reading and analyzing documents then try taking them for granted or pair-programming with someone else who does not share this trait so that they may bring their own unique perspective I find myself becoming creatively exhausted after hours spent designing software because there are no tangible results in sight; but when I switch gears into planning out new features based on what users have asked me throughout our meetings - even though it doesn't seem like much at first glance – things start looking brighter!
