Don't Join this company until unless you are really in need or if you don't have any option available.
Pros
Growth Opportunities but that doesn't means growth in salary because if it is coming to salary company wants to invest in people who are toe lickers rather than investing in good resources. There are cameras watching and listening you 24*7 So shhh keep quiet someone will hear what you just said and if they heard they will call you in Director Office. Also doesn't matter if you are hungry or not you will have to have your dinner before 11 PM as after that they will be no food left for you. Doesn't matter how hard working or good you are at your work management never appreciate it they guys don't even provide certificates to the performer. You can not get any resources until less you fight for it and It is really a task to have your work done for IT Support, MIS or from onboarding team. Even if there is a shortage of bathroom handwash or tissues you need to contact the Director of the company. Air conditioners are not working properly. Its a long list I don't think so I can explain everything here.
Cons
As I mentioned in Pros that are basically Cons. Its the worst company you can even imagine. Biggest issue is Salary Part you can never get what you deserve and those who are getting good salaries are of no use in the company. Its a request from you all don't join this company until unless you don't have any other options or you are really in need. Advice to the management please grow up and see you are completing 25 years so its time to grow up rather than wasting your time with toe lickers.
