1. Good Hold on Direct clients 2. Recruiters gets understanding of MSP and VMS 3. Employee Friendly higher management 4. Canada Team is under development but they have fortune 100 clients on MSP/VMS model upcoming. 5. Good Database for Canada. 6. Food and Cab facility is Awesome while onsite 7. No pressure while onsite.

Management are using all the company resources as a personal need. That's why it's called Resources Logistics. Politics is at the top level they must need to join some political party.

Cons

No value, they don't have any job board nor tools to work in the staffing. Hiring a team of fresher wirh low salary and expectation is always high. The environment is negative and using omni van as a cab. The management is worst only 2 person are enjoying in this company one HR director and other is Operation Director wearing sleepers in the office and use all the company resources as a personal. The offline boy is cleaning there vehicle every day. Don't join this company if you are not believing me go ahead and join you can be a guest of hardly 2 months. Politics is at the top level.
