Pros

Resource Logistics takes care of employees properly, medical benefits are really good, company offers 401K which is a great benefit for the employees. If anyone looking for a change then RLI is the way to go. Great marketing team, HR and Legal teams are very knowledgeable and responsive to employee queries. Overall its a wonderful experience to work for RLI.

Cons

I can not find any cons as such company takes care of employees who are aware of their responsibilities.
