      Pros

      Company is very good at acknowledging special life events for employees, such as birthdays, and new family. Has good team luncheons each month, and really cares about the team.

      Cons

      Smaller company so sometimes special training events are not available to all. This is good in the fact of focused learning, but the frequency sometimes misses out on all who would benefit. Benefits could always be better, although for the area a lot of them are above competitors.
