Upper Management is fantastic, Benefits are great, Flexible work schedule, talented culinary team, great programming and marketing

Cons

constant action plans, unrealistic budgets, too many "forced drop shipments", takes too long for bonus to be paid out (received this years bonus in May when our Client year ended in December!!!)

I have been with RA for 1 year, and I have been so happy since starting. I feel a real connection to the company and their goals, and there is a great support system. I have a fun job and my bosses are respectful and understanding, as well as challenging in the right way.

Cons

I have a lot of work to do, but I do feel that it is reflective of my salary.
