Unexpected mandatory overtime, little growth available for lower level staff members.

We need a dedicated HR to help with employee management and other HR related issues. The venue that I work is a few account and the location has no idea what they’re doing or how to let us/themselves prosper. The executive leadership keeps changing for RA and each person wants things done a different way which is frustrating. There’s no employee appreciation outside of the “Thanks for all you do”
