Some of my colleagues were among the finest professionals I've ever worked with.

Cons

There is NO vision or big picture thinking here. Core values are mere words. Sadly, upper management does NOT appreciate creativity, intelligence, or a single idea that is even marginally outside of their boring, stale, dysfunctional corporate box. The CEO is incredibly disrespectful and and seems incapable of understanding complex concepts or subtleties. If you aren't a "yes man," you won't get far.
